As co-founder and President of THG Financial Strategies, Jon plays a key role in the firm's recruiting, training, and developing of financial professionals. Jon began his career in management after a successful start as both a producer and a managing associate with John Hancock. These experiences have helped him understand the demands on advisers and what their business require to thrive.

THG has continually attracted both new and experienced financial professionals throughout the Midwest by showing a commitment and providing assistance with practice development, in particular business building and continuity planning. Previous awards include 2010, 2011, and 2012 Penn Mutual Career Agency System "Award of Excellence" and 2012 Penn Mutual Career Agency System "Life & Annuity Premium Growth Award" 2 million+ level.

Jon graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. He currently resides in Highland Park, spending his free time with his wife Lindsay, daughters Logan & Remi, & son Hunter. He also is involved in many different sporting activities including basketball and golf.
